Where do you get your art? We find artist who’s work we find interesting via social media Reddit and Instagram being the mains ones.

Do you ship overseas? Yes but please contact us first so we can charge proper shipping coasts.

Why do you ship your art framed? To protect your art. We buy from artist all over the world Sometimes they get mild damage sometimes the corners getting scruched up. We dont want any more damage to happen to your new piece. And of course you may reframe it. All dimenstions are of the artwork not the frame.

Can I return an item? Absolutely.

How can I return an item? First email us at artemfamily@proton.me You’ll be asked why you want to return your purchase, if it was damaged during shipping please take pictures and send them to us. If damage accures while shiiping and you still want to keep it we can offer a partial refund.

Why do you only take PayPal? Cause were a small business and we don’t want to be accused of stealing credit card information. With PayPal there is no way for us to do that.

When will my item ship? Within a couple days of purchasing.

Will you buy my art? Maybe email us at artemfamily@proton.com. We dont buy digital unless we can make prints or for website use.
