Return Policy

First Email us at artemfamily@proton.me explaining why you would like to return your item, if was damaged pleast take pictures and email then to us. From there we will reach out to you. Note if we suspect your item was damaged after arriving we will deny your refund. If it was damaged during shipping we will offer you a partial refund ( if you still want to keep it) or a full refund if you want to return it. If you wish to return your item we will give you a shipping address with instructions on how to package it and you will have to pay the shipping fee. Once we have received the item we will give you a full refund.
